Reading Day was celebrated at Guardian Angels’ Public School on June 19, 2023, as part of its Reading Day festivities. Fr. Vinu Joseph, the school Principal, inaugurated the event, which featured a variety of activities. The primary objective of the occasion was to motivate students to engage in more reading and raise awareness about its significance. A review writing competition was also organised to encourage our students. Several students, namely Angeleena Reejo, Adeena. K. Hansar, Anokhi Sisupal, and Adheena Grace, delivered speeches in various languages to commemorate Reading Day. A critical analysis of a renowned book was presented by Aami Raj, while Gautham Girish and Ainav, a U.K.G student, performed a poetry recitation. The program was hosted by Vedika Sisupal, Angel Jose extended a warm welcome to all attendees, and Akhila Saji expressed gratitude. Fr. Vinu Joseph delivered an inspiring message, urging students to immerse themselves in literature and read more books. Vice-principal Mrs. Ramsi Varghese was also present at the event.
