On 27^th September Guardian Angels’ Public School, Manjummel, hosted its 5th Inter-School Football Tournament, inaugurated by Rev. Fr. Johnson Mudavassery O.C.D. and presided over by Principal Fr. Vinu Joseph O.C.D. Eight schools participated, with Guardian Angels’ Public School defeating Al-Ameen Public School in the opening match. The semi-finals and finals, saw Najath Public School claim the title by defeating host Guardian Angels’ Public School. Adidev T.S. from Guardian Angels’ was awarded with the Best Goal Keeper, Parthasarathy, the Best Player, and Muhammed, Player of the Match. Suhana Sara, a Guardian Angels’ Football Academy player, was honored on the ocassion for representing Kerala State in the All-India State Championships. The valedictory function, presided over by Rev. Fr. Vinu Joseph O.C.D. was blessed with the inspiring presence of former Santhosh Trophy player Mr. Harshan P.R. as the guest of honor. Our Sponsor Mr. Jolly Joseph, Vice Principal Mrs. Ramsi. M. J. were also present . The tournament showcased enthusiastic participation from all teams, demonstrating Guardian Angels’ Public School’s commitment to promoting sports and teamwork among students.
