Rushing towards independence is stepping back from dependence . We are moving to independence when we are moving from a child to an adult life . When we are matured for taking right decisions , we are dependent on our own intelligence ,which is the true spirit of independence .

                When children reach teenage ,parents give them 10% liberty ,which he/she really enjoys .Sometimes ,they fail in taking right decisions ,which may ultimately result in some severe traps .These traps may be drug addiction ,social media addiction ,bad friendship ,etc .The actions between the liberty and the trap can be termed as misue of independence .

                Independence also leads to a safe and secure environment for everyone in a society .Such an environment will provide a secured mind for everyone to work . So ,women ,Sc ,ST and other backward classes will come towards the frontage of the society .They will be free to come to work and participate in political phase of the society when social norms break down before the power of independence .

                Let’s see everyone as humans and walk through the real independence .

                Let’s recollect the fact that

                “True independence can only exist doing what’s right ”.

Death comes to all ,

                                but Great Achievements raise a monument which shall endure until the sun grows old .

                With determination and hard work anyone can change the world . With great commitment and hardwork .We can be the change that the world want to see .

                As a student the future citizens of the nation ,I know about the values of being a good human , a successful person . Education is not only a claim ,a position in society .But to be a good human ,the values to become in society .But to be a good human ,the values to become a good citizen ,education also helps us to be humble and being helpful to others .

                A dream becomes a goal when action is taken towards its achievement.

                Optimism is the faith that leads to it .Happiness lies in the joy of achievement and thrill of creative effort .

                Prayer is also a part of developing a good behaviour ,it complete a human life . With  hard work and prayer ,everything is possible . Even a rich ,successful man ,who never prays can be easily perished .

                Fear the man who does not fear god .God is incorporeal ,divine ,supreme ,infinite ,mind ,Spirit , soul , Life ,truth and love .

                Be faithful to goal

                Be enthusiastic in life

                Be ever ready to accept failure

                Be positive always so that you can turn yourself worthy .

More people around the world than ever before are studying and learning English because it has become the international language of education and business.The spoken English classes are extremely common in India since English is not a national language of the Indians.It is a foreign language and to be very precise India has a lot of languages, of its own. Learning to speak English confidently is nowadays a need.It is no more an issue of status however it is of supreme necessity for a good quality job and to flourish in one’s career.

            Learning second language is hard, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be fun at the same time.The key to mastering a new language is providing opportunities at an early age while also emphasizing the development of one’s native language.But regardless of when you begin learning English, the best way to do so is with engaging materials, resource persons and an opportunity to develop everyday conversational ability utilizing the four skills – listening, speaking reading and writing.The importance of English cannot be denied.Knowing English is like having an international visa.Anywhere in the world English is useful and helpful.So learning English is very important.

              Finally, let me ask you a question? Would each one of you like to have a job – not just a job but a good career ahead? If the answer is yes, why not make yourselves employable at the highest and the best sphere of work by mastering the language?

I had been working in this renowned institution, situated in the heart core of Eloor Municipality for the past eight years. I always feel proud being labeled as the faculty of Guardian Angels’ Public School, Manjummel, the divine temple of modifying young minds based on ethics.

Students in our school are multi talented, creative and enthusiastic having the ability to persevere and complete tasks, with a positive attitude and passion towards learning.

Most of them are coming from an average family background and even then parents are ready to provide enough and more facilities for their upliftment. In our school, the management, teachers and the non- teaching staff are also working every now and then on heel to serve them and to upgrade them into better citizens of tomorrow.

 I asked my favourite question to my students ‘what makes you feel special? ‘ There were many responses.

The students of class 3 said: ‘I always speak truth’

 ‘I have brown eyes’

 ‘ I am a singer’

  ‘ Teachers love me’

The students of class 7 said: ‘ I have a special smile’.

 ‘ I approach everyone with a smile’

 ‘I am an open- minded person’

‘ No one can be like me’

 ‘ I am loved by others’

According to me as a teacher I am special because ‘ I enjoy who I am’

Every child is  incredibly special. A divine masterpiece. we must instill a sense of each child’s extraordinary life within them .we must encourage their gifts,talents,and  special dreams of which they have been given. Each child must know that they are one person with special abilities. And let them know that they are important.

Once Plato asked his master Socrates: Teacher,what is the greatest knowledge on earth ? Socrates replied: ‘ To know thyself ,is the greatest knowledge on earth.’

As ,a deer musk searches for the perfume of musk,the elephant who has never seen his biggest shape,many of us know nothing about us.Each and everyone of us are special,we have thousands of different talents and gifts hidden in all of us.But we fail to recognise them ,and live in distress and inferiority.  

In fact ,If I think and act, I can change the world. This is what made  a difference in the life of Socrates, sree Buddha,Abraham Lincoln,Martin Luther king and many  other great persons.

“Aham bhrahmasmi thatwamasi”_I am the part of God,and you too.lf so ,we should feel proud and thrust in ourselves.It is good that we ask ourselves often,’ who am I? And find out hundred answers and then surely we can  achieve self confidence.“Know oneself,grow confident,trust your abilities and the success will be yours”.

No one can change oneself ,they can only be lodestar to show the right path. We are talented ,so prove it. We are the fields where there are hidden treasures ,find them out , work hard ,make your own footsteps and be special!!

We dream of wealth, we dream of happiness ,we dream of conquering the world and changing its fate.But we never walk down the path that could lead to those dreams becoming reality.The technologically advanced modern world is giving birth to human beings without compassion and kindness towards its fellow beings. Selma Lagerl of ,a famous Swedish writer in her famous work “The Rattrap” narrates the experience of a thief who had bitter experiences in his life and the compassion shown towards him by a lady called Edla Willmanson helped him to transform himself to a better human being.Helen Keller, a deaf and blind lady had contributed to this world as a great writer,lecturer and great social worker because of the love and affection given by her teacher Anne Sullivan.Adolf Hitler who wished to become an artist in his childhood became a harsh dictator due to lack of support from his family and teachers.We can transform this world if we are ready to stand together and if we are ready to empathize with others.The most important risk that we have been facing is lack of values in society and human relationships. We are molding a new generation addicted to internet,social medias ,drugs ,alcohol etc. Being a teacher I started pondering about the root cause of these problems.I can conclude that the root cause of all the problems faced by the young generation is broken family relationship and busy working schedules of parents.Parents often think that they can replace love with material things.There are parents who think that schools are responsible for the moral education of their children.They need to put more effort to form a bond in family relationship and they should gain trust and respect of their children.Its high time to mold a generation committed to the ideals,values,families,professions and personal life.The important fact that everyone should keep in mind is that we should respect our children and their personality and their emotions.Let’s hold our hands together to create a generation with values and concern towards their fellow beings.
