8th international yoga day was commemorated on 21st June 2022 at 9.30am in our auditorium. An awareness class was followed by a few activities in Yoga. The awareness class and the yoga activities motivated the entire students to have a right attitude towards Yoga as it embodies unity of mind and body; thought and action; restraint and fulfilment; harmony between man and nature. A holistic approach to health and well-being. It is not about exercise but to discover the sense of oneness with oneself, the world and the nature. By changing our lifestyle and creating consciousness, it can help in wellbeing. All these activities inspired the entire students to adapt a healthy life style
